1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.drtatyana.co.uk and the private medical services provided by Dr Tatyana Lemeshevskaya ('the Practice', 'we', 'us'). By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Medical Services

Dr Tatyana Lemeshevskaya is a GMC-registered General Practitioner (GMC: 6060506) and Functional Medicine practitioner. All medical services are provided in accordance with GMC Good Medical Practice standards.

The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online via our booking system or by emailing info@drtatyana.co.uk.

  • Appointment slots are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a valid booking confirmation.

  • Please arrive (or log on for video consultations) on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and the full fee may still apply.

  • Video consultations require a stable internet connection, camera and microphone. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end.

4. Fees & Payment

  • All fees are as listed on the website at the time of booking.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or before the consultation begins.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards. We are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance providers directly.

  • We can provide itemised receipts for submission to your health insurer upon request. Reimbursement is subject to your individual policy and insurer.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the appointment: 50% of the fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or non-attendance: the full fee is charged.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please email info@drtatyana.co.uk

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment or full refund.

6. Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued at the clinical judgement of Dr Tatyana Lemeshevskaya. A prescription may not always be clinically appropriate. Private prescriptions must be dispensed at a pharmacy at an additional cost (the cost of the medication is separate from our consultation fees).

7. Referrals

We can provide referral letters to specialists and arrange investigations. The cost of any specialist consultations, tests, scans or investigations arranged through third parties is separate from our consultation fees and is the patient's responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services.

9. Complaints

We take all complaints seriously. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please see our Complaints Policy for how to raise a concern.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
