Medical records are retained for a minimum of 8 years from the date of last contact (or until age 25 if the patient was a child), in accordance with NHS Records Management Code of Practice and GMC guidance. After this period, records are securely destroyed.

Website analytics data is retained for 26 months. Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years.
